ORIGINAL POST: The Valley High School varsity girls’ swimming and diving team will participate in its regional diving meet on Thursday, Nov. 5, and the regional swimming meet on Saturday, Nov. 7.
Both meets will take place at Valley, with Thursday’s action set for 5 p.m., and Saturday’s competition starting at noon. Competing teams include Des Moines Hoover, Des Moines North, Des Moines Roosevelt, Dowling Catholic, Marshalltown, and Ottumwa.
Due to IGHSAU and CIML guidance around COVID-19, spectators will not be allowed to attend either event. Livestreams will be available, however.
